I picked up this sweater from the local thrift store I think it was $2 and the buttons same place were $3
Cut off the sleeves and then cut off the rounded shoulder part so that it is straight across:
Sew the bow bottom of the leg warmers that you just cut off.
Sew on the buttons (if wanted) and place them wherever you want.
This is just where I placed them. Walla leg warmers and I love them!
